We offer a basic property management package that is usually sufficient for most of our clients who do not rent their property out as a vacation rental. The following services are included:
- Ensuring doors and windows are locked
- Setting of thermostat to the temperature you prefer during your absence
- Checking for visible leaks of defective pipes in kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room and water heater
- Checking for visible pests such as ants, rodents and insects
- Making sure fuses have not tripped after a storm, resetting if necessary
- Flushing toilets and running all faucets in the home
- Checking whether fridge and freezer are working properly
- Setting alarm system and making sure it is on
- Inspecting walls, windows and pool cage for visible damages
- Collecting mail from mailbox and removing newspapers and flyers from driveway
- Ensuring that lawn service is doing its job
- Checking pool for leaks / damages
- Looking for signs of vandalism or break-ins
- Collecting bids for smaller repairs
- Ordering small repairs and ensuring the job is done right
