Clean windows say a lot about the overall cleanliness of a property. Have you ever stayed at a hotel where the windows were so dirty you could hardly see the street outside? Did you feel comfortable there? Probably not. Your guests will feel the same way if the windows in your vacation home are not clean.
The standard cleaning of a vacation home does not include the windows. Usually the large sliders to the patio are cleaned at that point, but not any of the windows or frames. In Florida, windows should be cleaned about every three months and certainly no later than every six months. The rate for this service depends on the number of windows, number of floors and whether there are any special window panes to deal with (e.g. facet windows).
