Based on our comprehensive Home Watch and Property Management programs, we offer the following additional services:
- Watering plants inside the home and on the patio
- Verifying that the sprinkler timer is set correctly
- Starting vehicles in garage and recharging car and boat batteries, if necessary
- Checking guest houses and other additional buildings
- Checking property for damages after storms
- Checking A/C filters
- Contact for alarm company in the event alarm is set off
- Taking pictures of your property, inside an out based on your request, unlimited number
- Inexpensive preparation of your sales and tourist tax returns
Many of these jobs do not have to be done on a weekly basis. We therefore charge for them on an individual basis.
The hourly rate we charge is based on the qualifications of the employee who handles the job. It will range between $25 to $35.
We also want to give our customers an idea what to expect for recurring services. In addition to the rates mentioned, there is a flat fee for transportation, bridge tolls, gas and drive time in the amount of $18 in Cape Coral, $23 in Fort Myers and $30 in Lehigh Acres.
